Returns requested after the 14-day window may incur a 20% restocking fee or may be declined. All returns must be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express. Local postal services are not accepted.

If returning due to a change of preference or sizing, return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs and waive any applicable fees.
